How do I add or remove TrulyCricket?
Manage it from the apps or plugins area in ChatGPT. Removing it stops ChatGPT from sending us any further requests.

Why is a score a little behind?
Our data providers publish updates with a short delay, usually a few minutes at most.

Why can't I find a match?
Coverage depends on our data provider. Very local or very old matches may be missing. Try asking by team name or series.

Why are scorecards unavailable for some matches?
Some matches only have summary scores from the provider. Full scorecards appear when the provider publishes them.
